The Heart of Intimacy is offered once a month on a Saturday evening. You will learn the joys of opening your heart in a group environment. Learn how to ground yourself, energize your body, and bond with others in the pair tuning exercises, You will learn the harmonious breath and White Spirit Tantra basics.
